First Quarter 2025 Highlights Net income for the first quarter was $296 million (compared to $92 million in the first quarter of 2024), or diluted earnings per share of $2.45 4 (compared to $0.75 in the first quarter of 2024). Adjusted EBITDA for the first quarter was $779 million, a year-over-year increase of 82%. ZIM North Star (ZNS) and ZIM Gulf Central China Express (ZGC) services will be temporarily suspended. The final ZNS sailing will be MSC Texas, with an estimated time of arrival in Qingdao on April 26th. The ZGC service will be suspended following the departure of MSC Long Beach VI, which is expected to arrive in Ningbo on May 9th

At ZIM, we are committed ensuring compliance with the EU ETS while continuing to offer reliable and efficient shipping services. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work together to address the global challenge of climate change.
